Expressway Task to Price Maharashtra, Gujarat Woodland Land

Mumbai: The Surat-Chennai Expressway project has actually gotten environmental clearance, impacting forest land in Maharashtra and Gujarat. The Union Ministry’s expert advisory board approved the diversion at a conference on March 5 th.

  • Maharashtra will shed 82 hectares of woodland land for the Nashik-Ahilyanagar stretch.
