Rajasthan Official Accused of Massive Corruption
Jaipur – An official in Rajasthan’s Phalodi district is under investigation after authorities discovered assets vastly exceeding his known income. The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) conducted searches revealing the alleged corruption.
- Disproportionate Assets: Assets found were 938% higher than the official’s known income.
- Cash Seized: Approximately ₹76 lakh in cash was recovered.
- Other Valuables: Authorities found gold, silver, luxurious houses, and agricultural land.
- Ongoing Investigation: Documents indicating transactions worth crores of rupees were also seized, with further investigations continuing.
