    WASHINGTON (Reuters) – The UNITED STATE House of Representatives is readied to elect following week on a yearly safety expense that consists of merely over $3 billion for united state telecommunications corporations to do away with units made by Chinese telecommunications corporations Huawei and ZTE from American cordless networks to take care of safety risks.
