CERNOBBIO, Italy (Reuters) – Alphabet’s Google stays in talks with Italy’s federal authorities over methods to determine base terminals in Sicily to determine framework for a submarine fiber optic cable tv community all through the Mediterranean, a closet undersecretary claimed on Tuesday.
“Google is very interested,” Undersecretary Alessio Butti knowledgeable press reporters on the sidelines of a pastoral convention of the Group of Seven progressed freedoms. “We are holding talks over base stations in Sicily.”
