Ritu Banawat: Recently, a publish was made on social media to defame Dr Ritu Banavat, an impartial MLA from Bayana, Rajasthan. In which the photograph of the MLA was posted together with the obscene photograph of one other lady. After this publish went viral, MLA Banavat filed a case beneath the sections of the IT Act. Now the police has taken motion and arrested the accused.
Regarding the matter, the impartial MLA had written a letter to ADG Crime Dinesh MN in Jaipur and demanded instant motion within the case and arrest of the accused.
‘Where is the tea vendor’ was posted from the Facebook web page
ASI Jitendra Sharma mentioned that Bayana MLA Dr. Ritu Banavat filed a report stating that an individual working a Facebook web page named ‘Kahaan Hai Chai Wala’ has made a pretend publish viral by inserting an obscene photograph of one other lady alongside together with her photograph from the time of election. Along with this, it was written within the publish, ‘Message within the inbox to see the total video’.
The accused turned out to be from Madhya Pradesh
After receiving the criticism, the case was investigated with the assistance of cyber cell on the directions of the District Superintendent of Police. During the investigation, the accused Suresh Lodhi was recognized. He turned out to be a resident of Kaned police station Suthaliya district Rajgarh Madhya Pradesh. Now Suresh Lodhi has been arrested and dropped at Bayana. It is being informed that the accused Suresh Lodhi has already gone to jail previously for making obscene feedback in opposition to many politicians.
Let us let you know that Ritu Banavat had registered the case on 8 August 2024 and had given a letter to ADG Crime Dinesh MN in Jaipur demanding the arrest of the accused within the case. After this, after steady investigation, the accused has been arrested.
