Rajasthan News: The members of the family of former CRPF officer Vikas Jakhar, who was arrested on costs of assaulting Congress MLA Rafiq Khan at his residence in Jaipur, submitted a memorandum within the title of President Draupadi Murmu to the Jaipur district collector on Wednesday, demanding his launch from jail.
‘Rafique is implicating Vikas in false instances’
Ratiram Jakhar, father of former CRPF officer Vikas Jakhar, in a memorandum addressed to the President claimed that MLA Rafiq Khan is utilizing his political affect to implicate his Shaurya Chakra winner son in false instances. Former officer Vikas Jakhar was arrested final week after allegedly assaulting Congress MLA Khan at his residence. He is at the moment in judicial custody.

Sadar police station SHO Balbir Kaswan stated that Jhunjhunu resident Vikas Jakhar had reached the residence of Jaipur’s Adarsh Nagar MLA on August 29. Jakhar had a heated argument with the MLA over one thing and grabbed the MLA’s collar. Before Jakhar may do the rest, the folks current there caught him and beat him up. According to the police, former CRPF assistant commandant Jakhar has been arrested on costs of disturbing peace. Jakhar has alleged that the MLA was harassing his spouse, so he did this in anger.
