Bharatpur News: An individual has filed a case towards former MLA of Bharatpur-Nadbai, Joginder Singh Awana, accusing him of fraud of Rs 22 lakh. The sufferer has alleged that he had given lakhs of rupees to former MLA Awana in trade for getting him a fourth class job in Jaipur Secretariat and a job in a stone quarry. He has additionally alleged that he has not paid his wage for 22 months. When the sufferer requested for the cash given to him together with the wage, the previous MLA threatened to implicate him in a false case and get him locked up within the police station. The sufferer has filed a case of fraud in Lakhanpur police station and demanded the police to get his a reimbursement.
Fraud case registered towards ex MLA
Mahesh Gurjar, a resident of Lakhanpur police station space, lodged a case of fraud towards the previous MLA in Lakhanpur police station. In the report, he informed that he used to work as a bookkeeper in mine quantity 22 positioned in Bansi Paharpur of former Nadbai MLA Joginder Singh Awana. He had given Rs 10 lakh to the previous MLA on 17 July 2022 for partnership on this lease. After that, the previous MLA demanded Rs 10 lakh in trade for getting a fourth class job within the Secretariat Jaipur. On which he gave Rs 6 lakh to the previous MLA in Bharatpur Circuit House and it was determined to provide the remaining Rs 4 lakh after getting the job.
Got menace of jail for asking for cash
Also, I used to be given a wage of two months, Rs. 20,000 every, for working as a clerk on the lease of former MLA Awana. Whereas the wage for 22 months was mounted at Rs. 20,000 monthly and Rs. 200 for petrol and meals. The wage for 22 months, which quantities to about Rs. 5 lakh 72 thousand, was not given by the previous MLA. When I requested for the cash from the previous MLA, he promised to provide the cash after the elections. But after I requested for the cash once more after a while, he threatened to implicate me in a false case and get me locked up within the police station. He has dedicated monetary fraud with me by hatching a conspiracy. The sufferer has filed a case and has demanded the police to take motion towards the previous MLA and get the cash.
