Jaipur: An enormous replace has come out within the Rajasthan cellphone tapping case. Former CM OSD Lokesh Sharma has withdrawn his petition. Lokesh Sharma has withdrawn his petition from Delhi High Court.

The High Court has given permission to withdraw the petition, the one bench of Justice Anish Dayal has given permission. Now the ban imposed by the High Court on the arrest of Lokesh Sharma has been lifted. Now Delhi Police is free to arrest Lokesh Sharma.

FIR in cellphone tapping case was registered in Delhi in March 2021. Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat had lodged the FIR. Lokesh Sharma had demanded HC to cancel the FIR of Delhi Police.
