The Supreme Court expressed grief for delay in justice. A bench of Justice Vikram Nath and Justice Sanjay Karol mentioned that we’re unhappy that it took 4 many years to come back.

The Supreme Court reversed the choice of the Rajasthan High Court and reinstated the sentence of seven years given by the decrease courtroom to the convict. There was a rape with a minor in 1986
