Jaipur: The instances of building of unlawful resorts and resorts on the eco-sensitive zone and forest land of Nahargarh Wildlife Sanctuary and Sariska Tiger Reserve space have reached the Central Empowered Committee of the Supreme Court. – Illegal building of everlasting resort/resort within the buffer zone of Sariska Wildlife Sanctuary and Tiger Project, District Alwar, Hotel Deshi Chic Resort Director Seema Rani and Sandeep Khandelwal, Manager Surendra Saini finishing up non-forest actions, affecting the circulate space of the river. and violation of water, air and noise air pollution acts.
– Illegal building of everlasting resort/resort by Hotel Vanyavilas Resort within the buffer space of Sariska Wildlife Sanctuary and Tiger Project, affecting the circulate space of the river, and violation of Water, Air and Noise Pollution Acts.

– Illegal building of everlasting resort/resort by Hotel Heritage Resort (Aman Bagh Resort) within the buffer zone of Sariska Wildlife Sanctuary and Tiger Project, in village Ajabgarh, Tehsil Pratapgarh, District Alwar, inside a radius of 1 kilometer from CTH and 10 kilometers from the sanctuary boundary. Within the scope of, and conduct of non-forest actions and violation of water, air and noise air pollution.
– Illegal and unlawful reward deed, lease deed, registry and land conversion and exploitation of pure water and water by Hotel Hathi Mauza, Amer (Hathi Village), Jaipur below Eco-Sensitive Zone of Nahargarh Wildlife Sanctuary, Deputy Conservator of Forest Office, Jaipur. Violation of air and noise air pollution guidelines.
– Application No. 1590/2024, filed by Hemraj Meena, Nahargarh Forest and Wildlife and Services Committee, Khasra No. 758, 760, 761 and 757 (Biological Park) of Village Amer, Tehsil Amer, District Jaipur Range Nahargarh Naka Chimanpura, Amer by Damodar Aggarwal Below) on the boundary of Naharpur Wildlife Sanctuary and Eco-Sensitive Zone. Regarding unlawful building of latest enterprise institution resort/resort with out permission of Forest Department, wildlife clearance, permission of Pollution Control Board and permission of Water Source Authority, Government of India.
– Application No. 1591/2024, filed by Ganesh Narayan and Lekhraj Meena, Nahargarh Forest and Wildlife and Services Committee, Mining in Village Kalsikala Guwada, Tehsil Thanagaji (M.L. No. 102/88 and M.L. No. 12/1985) Regarding speedy stoppage of the exercise.
