Global Investment Summit: The nation’s main enterprise group Adani Group has to date invested Rs 70,000 crore in varied improvement tasks in Rajasthan and can take part in lots of extra tasks within the coming time. Karan Adani, Managing Director of Adani Cements Limited, Adani Port, SEZ and Logistics, mentioned on the ‘Rajasthan Rising’ Global Investment Summit held in Mumbai that the Bhajanlal Sharma authorities of the state has created setting for funding. Karan Adani mentioned that the Adani Group believes in partnership and Rajasthan is its strongest associate in improvement.
Karan Adani mentioned, “The proactive approach of the Rajasthan government to create a favourable environment for industries is commendable. In just a short span of 8 months, Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma has created a good investment environment for Rajasthan. The momentum created by the state government through its policies is in line with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of a developed and self-reliant India. The policies here are aligned.”

Investment in improvement of photo voltaic plant, cement, thermal energy, airport
He gave details about the work performed by Adani Group in Rajasthan. He mentioned, “We have installed a 5GW solar park in Jaisalmer and Barmer at a cost of Rs 30 thousand crores. We have 3 cement plants in the state, for which we have invested Rs 15 thousand crores. We have invested 8 thousand crores for thermal power generation facility. Apart from this, we have also invested in the development of Jaipur International Airport. We have invested a total of 70 thousand crores in Rajasthan, which has provided jobs to 37 thousand people.”
Karan Adani additionally mentioned that Adani Group has promoted sustainable improvement, local weather safety, group improvement, well being and vitamin via Adani Foundation. He mentioned, “Our work in Rajasthan is spread across 239 villages and has impacted around 3.35 lakh people. With the kind of investment environment we have got in Rajasthan, we will soon sign new MoUs for renewable energy and cement work and airport expansion.”
