Jaipur : Efforts have began once more concerning constitutional recognition of Rajasthani language. On the initiative of Education Minister Madan Dilawar, the Chief Secretary has written a letter to the Government of India. This letter has been written to Govind Mohil, Home Secretary of the Government of India.
By writing a letter, it has been really helpful to incorporate Rajasthani language within the eighth Schedule. The Chief Secretary wrote in his letter that the advice of the committee constituted below the chairmanship of Sitakant Mohapatra to incorporate extra languages within the eighth Schedule of the Constitution and put together goal standards.
In the advice, numerous languages had been described as eligible for constitutional standing. The committee’s suggestion is into account within the Home Ministry. Rajasthani language has not but been included within the eighth Schedule of the Constitution of India. Therefore, acceptable orders must be given to offer constitutional recognition to Rajasthani language.
