Chittaurgarh: During the crackdown on unlawful medicine, the police of Nimbahera police station of the district seized 327 kg 500 grams of unlawful dodachura from a tempo throughout a blockade and arrested two accused. The black market worth of the seized items is estimated to be greater than Rs 45 lakh.
District Superintendent of Police Sudhir Joshi mentioned that as a part of the marketing campaign being run to arrest unlawful medicine, a group of Sub Inspector Gokul Lal Dagi together with Japta was fashioned below the route of Additional Superintendent of Police Headquarters Chittorgarh Parbat Singh, RPS Circle Officer Nimbaheda Badri Lal and Ramsumer Police Station Officer Kotwali Nimbaheda. During the blockade, a tempo was stopped. There had been commercials of a cement firm on the tempo. Illegal poppy powder was present in 17 plastic sacks within the tempo. Its weight was 327 kg 500 grams. The police seized the tempo throughout the motion. Along with this, the tempo driver Ashok Vishnoi (35 years), son of Shriram Vishnoi and his companion Rajmal (30 years), son of Shantilal Bareth had been arrested.
