Jaipur: On the premise of the suggestions obtained by the Rajasthan Pradesh Congress Committee, eight Block Congress and Mandal Congress Committees have been dissolved as per the directions of Rajasthan Pradesh Congress Committee President Govind Singh Dotasara to reorganize and strengthen the group.

The appointments of Block President and Block Executive and Mandal President and Mandal Executive of Chidawa of Jhunjhunu district, Mahuva and Mandawar of Dausa district, Bari and Sapau of Dholpur district, Baunli of Sawaimadhopur district and Shahpura and Baneda blocks of Bhilwara district have been dissolved with quick impact. These Block and Mandal Congress Committees can be reconstituted by Rajasthan Pradesh Congress Committee after taking proposals from District Officer Incharges, District Presidents and outstanding Congress leaders of the district inside 15 days.
