Dholpur: Bahujan Samaj Party candidate Ritesh Sharma has challenged the nomination of Congress MLA Shobharani Kushwaha of Dholpur Assembly constituency within the High Court by submitting a writ petition. Ritesh Sharma has accused Shobharani Kushwaha of not making the prison circumstances public within the nomination affidavit.

Advocate and former MLA Abdul Sagir, who’s advocating the writ petition, mentioned that the present Congress MLA Shobharani Kushwaha has hidden her prison report within the affidavit within the nomination type for the 2023 meeting elections.
