Jaipur: The Directorate of Local Bodies had set new parameters within the 12 months 2021 for the formation of a municipality within the state, which included inhabitants, per capita earnings, livelihood and different requirements. These city our bodies have been upgraded: Using the powers below Section 329 and 337 of Rajasthan Nagar Palika Act 2009, retaining in view the financial, geographical and growing industrialization, the state authorities has upgraded Bhilwara and Pali Nagar Parishad to Municipal Corporation. Similarly, Pushkar, Lalsot, Shahpura Nagar Palika have been upgraded to Nagar Parishad. Apart from this, Losal, Taranagar, Mahwa fourth class Nagar Palika have been upgraded to 3rd class Nagar Palika whereas Bandikui third class Nagar Palika has been upgraded to second class Nagar Palika.
