Jaipur. The Rajasthan High Court has refused to provide custody of a seven-year-old baby to a Dubai-based father by taking him away from his mom. The father had filed a habeas corpus petition within the High Court saying that his spouse has illegally stored his minor baby in her custody. His son was born in Dubai and was residing there usually, however she introduced him to India illegally with out his data.
