Big motion of ACB in Alwar (ETV BHARAT Alwar)
Alwar : On Monday, the Jaipur ACB workforce caught XEN Divyank Tyagi of the Water Supply Department in Ambedkar Nagar, Alwar, crimson handed whereas taking a bribe of 1.5 lakhs from a contractor. The XEN had already taken one lakh of the bribe quantity. The XEN had demanded this bribe quantity in change for passing the contractor’s payments. The ACB motion continued until late evening. Additional Superintendent of Police and City Fourth Incharge of Jaipur ACB, Balram Singh stated that the complainant contractor Vijay Kumar had payments value about 22 lakhs pending for fee.
XEN Tyagi was demanding 3 % fee for passing the invoice. The complainant complained about this to ACB on September 14, which was verified. In the verification, he accepted taking one lakh rupees prematurely out of the bribe quantity of Rs 2.5 lakh. Complainant contractor Vijay Kumar referred to as him close to Ambedkar Nagar bus stand on Monday to take the remaining quantity of the bribe of Rs 1.5 lakh. XEN Tyagi reached there and sat within the contractor’s automobile and began taking the remaining quantity of the bribe of Rs 1.5 lakh.

Meanwhile, ACB arrested him whereas accepting bribe of Rs. 1.5 lakh. He stated that the second workforce of ACB continued the search operation on the home of XEN positioned in Ambedkar Nagar until late evening. There is a chance of getting an enormous quantity from the residence of XEN throughout the search.
Charge of Umrain and Malakheda: Divyank Tyagi, XEN of the Water Supply Department, has been working in Alwar for a few years. Earlier, he had cost as much as Bhiwadi. Currently, Tyagi has cost of Umrain and Malakheda space.
