77.49 % of the whole filling capability of Rajasthan’s dams has reached, 292 dams have overflown thus far

Jaipur: Amidst the wet season in Rajasthan, the Water Resources Department has launched information on the water stage within the dams. The dams have reached 77.49 % of their whole filling capability. Last 12 months, until September 4, the water stage was 64.54 %. During the final 24 hours, 340.34 MCM of water has arrived.

Kota division’s dams have gotten 89.61 % of their whole filling capability. Banswara division’s dams have gotten 89.13 % of their whole filling capability, Jaipur division’s dams have gotten 75.12 % of their whole filling capability, Udaipur division’s dams have gotten 53.06 % of their whole filling capability.

Apart from this, the dams of Jodhpur division have reached 42.24 % of their whole filling capability. 292 dams have overflown within the state this monsoon thus far. 15 dams have overflown within the final 24 hours.
