Jaipur: A reduction of 20% has been applied in all kinds of paperwork associated to land transactions. For this, the state authorities has amended the Stamp Act. Whether it’s a society or different sort of property doc. Whether it’s a present deed or a lease deed, or another sort of doc. This low cost has been applied in all.
Any doc executed by unregistered intermediaries, together with land transactions, will now be void if not registered beneath the Registration Act, 1908.
The Finance Department has amended the Rajasthan Stamp Act, 1998 (Act No. 14 of 1999). Important amendments are being made utilizing the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of part 9.
