Maharashtra Elections: Supriya Sule accuses BJP of looting Maharashtra and India

Nationalist Congress Party (SCP) chief Supriya Sule criticised the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), accusing them of looting each India and Maharashtra. Sule`s feedback come within the wake of the BJP`s silence on allegations made by the Congress occasion, reported information company ANI.

Sule emphasised the hardships confronted by farmers and ladies, attributing these points on to the BJP`s governance. 

Sule said, “The Bharatiya Janata Party has nothing to say against us because they have looted the country and looted this state. The suffering of farmers, the suffering of women, the atrocities on women–if anyone is responsible for this, it is the Bharatiya Janata Party.”

Sule additionally criticised the BJP`s political ways, notably in Kolhapur, the place she claimed BJP MPs had been threatening girls. She vowed to problem this behaviour in court docket and talked about that the Congress occasion had already approached the Election Commission.

The NCP (SCP) chief additional accused the BJP of missing an authentic agenda for Maharashtra`s improvement.

Sule said, “Your so-called development schemes are all stolen. The BJP has no agenda left, so they are resorting to dirty politics.” 

She promised to convey an “honest government” to Maharashtra, addressing points like corruption, inflation, and unemployment.

Earlier on Sunday, Sule had alleged that the BJP-led authorities was misusing investigative companies in opposition to opposition leaders. She coined the time period “ICE” (Income Tax, CBI, and ED) to explain this perceived focusing on of opposition figures.

“I have been seeing ICE for two years. ICE means income tax, CBI, and ED. The way those in opposition are targeted with these agencies, from Kashmir to Kanyakumari, by an invisible power, is wrong. The agencies are not bad, and the people working there are good. The problem is with the invisible power. Ninety-five percent of the cases target the opposition, and if that person joins the BJP, all is forgiven,” she mentioned.

The upcoming Maharashtra meeting elections, scheduled for November 20 with vote relying on November 23, will see the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) coalition, which incorporates Sule`s occasion, competing in opposition to the Mahayuti alliance. 

The MVA goals to defeat the present authorities led by Chief Minister Eknath Shinde`s Shiv Sena faction, the BJP, and Ajit Pawar`s NCP, often called Mahayuti.
