Stock Market LIVE: Benchmarks Nifty 50 and Sensex opened up lower on Wednesday, tracking solid international signs. BSE Sensex opened up 135.61 factors or 0.17 percent reduced at 80,667.25 degrees, while Nifty 50 slid 18.30 factors or 0.07 percent to 24,680.55 degrees.

Divi’s Labs, HDFC Life, Tata Motors, and Bharti Airtel were the leading gainers on the NSE, while Shriram Finance, UltraTech Cement, and Tata Steel were the leading laggards.

Similarly, on BSE, Bajaj Finserv, Tata Motors, and Bharti Airtel were the gainers while UltraTech Cement, Tata Steel, and Tech Mahindra were the leading laggards.

Global Cues

Asian markets were trading reduced, matchingWall Street Hong Kong’s Hang Seng Index traded reduced by 1.13 percent, Japan’s Nikkei was down 0.62 percent, South Korea’s Kospi dropped 0.26 percent, and China’s Shanghai Composite was down 0.93 percent.

Overnight in the United States, Wall Street’s significant indices cleared up reduced, stopping their winning touch on Tuesday as financiers waited for the Jackson Hole Economic Symposium, which obtains underway on Thursday.

On Tuesday, the Nasdaq Composite cleared up reduced by 0.33 percent. The more comprehensive S&P 500 and the Dow Jones Industrial Average finished reduced by 0.20 percent and 0.15 percent, specifically.
