The Anglican Church’s main cleric, Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby, revealed his resignation Tuesday after coping with putting in stress to tip down over his dealing with of a misuse state of affairs.
Welby said in a declaration that he was tipping down “in the best interests of the Church of England.”
