Saskatoon Police are cautioning most people regarding medicines flowing within the metropolis after 2 people handed away from presumed drug overdoses.

Police state they’re exploring an occasion together with 2 fatalities, and advise most people regarding “potentially fatal cocaine” in Saskatoon, based on a press launch offered Friday night.

The Saskatoon Police Service prompts most people to be educated about overdose indicators, and of the Good Samaritan Drug Overdose Act, “which serves to provide some legal protection for individuals who experience or witness an overdose and seek emergency help,” the launch said.

Some indicators of an overdose include sluggish or no respiratory; gurgling, wheezing or loud night breathing; clammy and stylish pores and skin; blue lips or nails; and drawback awakening or remaining awake. Anyone believing an overdose should name 911 promptly.
