    There’s one thing pretty fantastic relating to a fundamental cake baked in your house by, or for, an individual you want. Some of my fondest recollections within the cooking space are of cooking, side-by-side, with my mum– continuously merely a dish and whisk, completely nothing fancy. And presently it’s one thing I end with, and for, my very personal youngsters.

    For me, house cooking is an act of affection and kindness and this blackberry and occasional hazelnut cake is not any exemption. If you want, provide the cake with a glob of creme fraiche and extra blackberries, though it’s truly nice just by itself with a cleansing of topping sugar.
