Rajasthan Police Conducts State-Wide Crackdown on Organized Crime

Jaipur – Rajasthan Police executed coordinated raids across 19 districts on Sunday, targeting organized criminal gangs involved in illegal activities.

• Operation Focus: Illegal arms, extortion, narcotics.
• Identified: 1,276 criminals linked to various gangs including Rohit Godara, Lawrence gangs, and local groups.
• Arrests: 214 wanted and absconding criminals, including proclaimed offenders.
• Seizures: Illegal weapons, narcotics (heroin, smack, opium, marijuana), 32 vehicles, and electronic devices.
• NDPS Act: 34 cases registered, including the destruction of 8,153 opium plants in Jhunjhunu.

The Anti-Gangster Task Force spearheaded the operation led by Director General Anand Shrivastava.
