Indians Stranded in Iran Because Of Conflict Return Home
Virtually 880 Indian nationals, consisting of trainees, company individuals, and pilgrims, have started their go back to India after being stranded in Iran due to the ongoing conflict in West Asia, according to the Ministry of External Matters (MEA). Emptying efforts are underway through Armenia and Azerbaijan.
- Emptying Courses: 772 individuals are returning through Armenia, and 110 through Azerbaijan.
- MEA Assistance: A 24/ 7 control area established on March 4 th by the MEA continues to be functional.
- Regional Impact: The MEA continues to carefully keep an eye on the West Asia situation prioritizing the safety and security of the Indian community.
